We are a licenced ATF facility able to scrap EVL vehicles. Once a vehicle has been recycled, we will electronically submit the information to the DVLA to let them know that the vehicle has been destroyed and the DVLA will issue the Certificate of Destruction. The COD copy will be available to the vehicle owner whose car was destroyed and recycled.
